Adding Firebug, Web Developer Toolbar and IE Developer Toolbar to the configurations

We have received a lot of requests to add developer tools to the browsers, specifically Firebug and the IE developer toolbar. We had initially thought that we should keep the browsers as close to an end user state as possible. However, after having to explain this to the 100th+ customer, we decided that maybe we were wrong and should be listening to what our customers asked us for.

In light of that, as we are updating our configurations, we are now adding these tools to help track down and fix those cross browser testing bugs that you find using the service. We are adding Firebug and the Web Developer Toolbar to all of the Firefox browsers and the IE Developer Toolbar to IE7.

The first configuration to be updated with these tools is the Windows XP with IE7 configuration. We will be adding these tools to the other configurations as they are updated.
