Can I get a receipt for invoice for my payment?

Yes you can! In your Account Tools section under the My Testing Center, you will find this link:

View purchases - View your previous purchases and print receipts

Simply follow that link and you will be able to see all of your payments as well as view/print a receipt or invoice of each one.
