How do you cancel? I cannot find a cancel subscription button anywhere?

The cancel trial link is on the Account tab. Below is an image of this screen with the account tab and cancellation link highlighted.

Shall I hold on my renewal until i use my roll over minutes

Hi,

I have accumulated rollover time of 500 minutes. Now I want to put hold on my monthly renewal until I exhaust my pending rollover minutes and continue using the rollover minutes and then will renew the subscription once rollover time becomes 0.

The rollover minutes will only work as long as you are subscribed. If you cancel your subscription at the end of your payment period those minutes will go away.

Keeping unused minutes

I have subscribed for 3 months and have about 451 minutes to use. This was purchased for a site that is getting pushed to the back burner but I wanted to keep those 451 minutes since I only used this the first month I signed up.

If I cancel will the 451 minutes stay in my account until I use them or just till the end of the billing cycling?

I would be great if we could keep the minutes we purchased :)

Also I think your customer support is amazingly good. I was reading through this post and found that even if you resolved the issue with client you also posted the results on the board. Most companies don't do this and have empty threads which don't help other users. Keep up the great work.

If you cancel your rollover minutes do go away. :(

The idea of rollover minutes was to let you keep banking away in case you had a large testing need later, and then for us it means a steady month over month revenue so we can continue to grow and add new features.

I am glad you like the service and the customer service. We try to leave everything on our site in hopes that someone will be able to use it.

Want to cancel an account

My Credit Card has expired and I want to cancel my subscription. Doesn't seem to be any link for me to do this (the one described above does not show up for me since my CC is expired). I guess I really don't need to do anything but it would be nice to get rid of the reminder emails.

Once a subscription payment

Once a subscription payment fails, you are sent one notice and your account is unsubscribed automatically. When you need testing again, just log in and go to the pricing page to select a plan. We do not send you more than the one notification email that you have already received.

Sounds good. Your service has been very helpful to us in the past year. We are not cancelling due to any dissatisfaction with the product of the custormer service we have recieved. Just moving on to different project focus.

Just talked to Erik via the phone. His company had two different accounts setup on CrossBrowserTesting.com. He had canceled the one account he was logged in under, but not the second one. We canceled the subscription on the second account.

I'm sure that cancellation link would work great, if only I could access the "My Testing Center" page without my browser hanging.

My guess would be that either flash or java is causing the browser to hang on your machine. The my testing center page has both of these elements on it. We have not seen this issue, however, so I am not sure. As it would impact every customer trying to use the system (not just selectively those trying to cancel ;>), I believe it is an isolated issue but we will keep our ears open to see if we see a pattern.

FYI - Pointy and I corresponded on this problem. The issue with accessing the Testing Center page was corrected by turning off the "Adblock Plus" Firefox plugin.
