My session starts but doesn't show anything or if it does, it freezes up after a short time. What is causing this?

The problem is likely with the Java plug-in on your browser. We have received reports of problems with users of versions of the JRE before 1.6.0_10, and strongly recommend users upgrade to version 6 upgrade 10 or later. The URL to upgrade is http://www.java.com/. We have personally see the java based client which runs in the browser work much better after upgrading to version 6 upgrade 10 and later.
