When I try to use RealVNC on a pc, the connection dies and I cannot connect

There is an issue using RealVNC with our system. You can either use TightVNC, or, if using RealVNC, select the Options button and change the Colour Level from Low (64 colours) to 'Full'. The Low setting does not work with our service.
