Network Error Message

Whenever I try to connect to a machine, I am getting an error message that says, Network connection error.

Can someone please advise?

When you see this error in a live test session, it is typically caused by a corporate firewall which is blocking the VNC traffic to crossbrowsertesting.com. We have a FAQ at http://crossbrowsertesting.com/faq/i-cant-get-connected-behind-my-firewa... which deails the ports that need to be opened on the firewall to allow the connection to be established. I would send this link to the FAQ to your network group and ask them to open this port range. If you have any questions, please let us know or feel free to call us.
