Is the service up at the moment? Blank screen

I'm getting a blank screen for all the win xp live tests I've tried for the last couple of hours. Is this a problem at my end or is the service down?

Hi Martin, There is an issue

Hi Martin,

There is an issue which can impact Mac users where java in the browser gets 'confused'. A reboot always corrects this. We have had a report, but not been able to verify, that clearing your cache can correct it also. If you consistently see this error after rebooting, you may want to try using a desktop client to access the service. If you do see this often, let us know via the feedback form. We are trying to reproduce this error reliably on our side so we can figure out a real solution.

On service outages, we are posting any outages to the service on our twitter account at twitter.com/xbrowsertesting. For example, we had an outage which impacted some of our Mac OSX configurations due to a UPS dying early in the morning on the 19th of Feb. It only impacted 3 or 4 users, but we still posted it. Hopefully keeping these outages posted on twitter will keep our customers informed and keep us diligent about minimizing outages.
