Hi...We are currently running some POCs to see how this tool might help us improve our test effectiveness. Is there a way to leverage Automated Screenshots in a work flow scenario like an eCommerce checkout?

Why doesnt CBT have this support? I can understand not having it when it first launches, but this is months later.
Also, how come every time I try to test with Android 2.2 it says it is unavailable, because all of the instances are in use.

I was wondering why my web page looks correct in the cross browser app using Windows 7 and choosing Chrome 14 and FireFox 7, but when I view it in these browsers on an actual PC running Windows 7, it is broken.
Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Hi,
i am testing IE7 and i am trying to enter an emailadress into a field which does not work because it wont let me type an "@". I even tried to copy and paste from another window but that also does not work.
Can u please assist me?

I read your support blog about how to enable screenshots of internal pages. That works great for the landing page of our website, but what about internal pages?
The scenario is this: I have a page that users can only see when their authenticated that I need to make sure works on different browsers so I want to use cross browser testing. If I put in the URL of the page that needs to be visited there is no login information, and I put the URL of the page where users log in then I don't have a way to tell the screenshot to then go to the authenticated page.

Hi there,
We were using this to test IE7 against our site at www.foodjing.com and it seems like the Chinese characters don't render. I think this isn't a browser version issue but rather the system doesn't have the chinese fonts installed.
Any idea whether the Chinese fonts could be installed onto the VM's for testing?

I've been having problems with a layout that occurs only on some machines with
Windows XP servicepack 3 /IE8
Windows Vista /IE9
The strange thing is that with the exact same browser version and OS version on some machines there's a problem with the layout and on others there isn't (with the exact same content).
The problem is that I've never been able to see the "wrong layout" in any screenshots or with live testing. Unfortunately my own machine shows the correct layout so it's basically impossible to debug this problem.

Hi I am new to this and am testing a site that includes html5 video with Flash fallback on the front page. It renders great in FF and other standards - compliant browsers, but when testing in IE 6-9 it only renders part of the page - even though I can click on the IE button and see all the page source, including the html that doesn't render. Other pages (without video) render completely. Any idea why things hang on the video??
